Acceptional Things Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Acceptional Things. Each purchase supports meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2โ€“5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3โ€“7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2โ€“3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Acceptional Things is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Local Delivery

Local delivery occurs Thursdays in the West Valley of Phoenix and Fridays in the East Valley of Phoenix.ย ย
